1. General provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions of the Pilved Ltd (hereinafter the seller or Hiking BaltNorth e-shop) e-shop apply to all persons (hereinafter the buyer, consumer or customer) who use the e-shop at www.hikingbaltnorth.com, order goods from the e-shop, including by concluding a purchase and sale agreement for the purchase of goods from the e-shop (hereinafter sales agreement).
1.2 By accepting the terms and conditions, the buyer confirms that he has read, agrees with and fulfills the terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions contained in the sales contract, the sales contract shall prevail.
1.3 The seller maintains the terms of the sales contract concluded with the buyer on a permanent data carrier. The seller will send the order confirmation and the terms of the sales contract to the e-mail address published by the buyer, which the buyer can save and reproduce.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices provided in the Hiking BaltNorth e-shop include 20% VAT.
2.2 We can sell products to customers outside the European Union at a 0% VAT rate. The 0% VAT rate is reflected on the invoice we issue to the customer.
3. Making a purchase
3.1 To make a purchase, select the appropriate product and add it to the shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. You can then continue choosing other products by clicking the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button or start making a purchase in the shopping cart.
3.2 In the shopping cart you can change the quantity of goods to be purchased and remove products.
3.3 If you are convinced that you do not want to add more products to the shopping cart and the sizes, dimensions and quantities of the selected goods are correct, you can start filling in the payer and delivery data.
3.4 Make sure that the payer and delivery details entered by you are correct, as the accuracy and correctness of this information depends on the fast and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased.
3.5 After entering the payer and delivery details, we will send you an invoice by e-mail.
3.6 The order is completed and delivered only with a 100% advance payment.
4 Terms of delivery
4.1 All ordered goods will be delivered no later than within 3 working days from the receipt of payment. However, if it turns out that for some reason this is not possible, we will notify you immediately by e-mail or by phone. For certain goods, the delivery time also depends on the importer and is also indicated on the products.
4.2 The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by you in the order. If you find out after ordering that you still want to change the delivery details, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail hiking.baltnorth@gmail.com or by phone +3725222181!
4.3 Delivery time within Estonia is mostly in the range of 1-3 working days, when ordering abroad it is 2-14 working days. The delivery times given are estimates and we do not always guarantee delivery within the specified period, as the final delivery time still depends on our transport partners.
5. Security and data protection
5.1 All personal data that has become known in connection with visiting the Hiking BaltNorth e-shop and making a purchase will be treated as confidential information. We only collect and use customer data that is necessary to fulfill the order and maintain customer relationships. Hiking BaltNorth e-shop does not disclose its customers’ data to third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfill the order or if required by law.
5.2 If desired, the customer has the right to request the deletion of their data from the e-store database.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract entered into by means of communication within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period ends within 14 days.
6.3 In order to meet the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You can send us a free return application by e-mail to hiking.baltnorth@gmail.com. Be sure to keep a copy of the application in a form that can be reproduced in writing ( e-mail), as the consumer will prove his withdrawal from the contract!
6.4 Please note that the consumer must return the goods to the seller no later than within 14 days of making the withdrawal application!
6.5 The consumer may use the product in the manner necessary for the nature of the product, only in the way that he or she would normally be allowed to do so in a shop. Therefore, please return unused, labeled, correct and, if possible, the original packaging!
6.6 If the product has been used for longe /more than is necessary to as certain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer does not lose the right of withdrawal, but is liable for the decrease in the value of the goods! Impairment of goods may consist of cleaning and repair costs and, when the goods can no longer be sold as new, objectively justified damage that arises when the goods returned to the trader are sold as second-hand goods.
6.7 The costs related to the return of the goods are covered by the consumer!
6.8 The amount paid for the product, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your chosen method of delivery), will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 working days from the day we find out your
